This Privacy Policy explains how the Royal Prompts mobile application handles information. Please read it before using the app.
Royal Prompts is an AI image prompt collection app. It lets you browse a curated library of prompts, unlock the full text of a prompt, and copy or share it so you can use it in an AI image generator of your choice.
We have designed the app to work without an account and without collecting personal information. This policy describes exactly what that means.
The app does not ask you to register or sign in, and it does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location. It contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no crash reporting SDK.
The only permissions the app requests are internet and network state access, which are required to download the prompt library and its images.
As with any app that connects to the internet, the servers that deliver this content receive standard technical information such as your IP address and basic device and app identifiers. This is handled by Google as described below and is not collected or stored by us.
Network requests are used for two purposes only: to download the prompt library and to download the images shown alongside each prompt.
We do not build user profiles, we do not track your activity across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share information for advertising.
The app uses Google Firebase to deliver its content. To provide these services, Firebase may generate an app installation identifier and Google may process technical data such as IP address and device information. This processing is governed by Google's privacy documentation, available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not have access to any personal profile about you through these services.
The prompt library is stored in Cloud Firestore and the prompt images are stored in Firebase Storage. The app reads this content only. It never writes, uploads or deletes anything in the database or storage, and it sends no information about you to them.
Content is added and maintained by us through a separate, password protected administration tool that is not part of this app.
Prompts you mark as favourites are saved locally on your device so they are still there the next time you open the app. This list never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to any server.
Whether a prompt is unlocked is kept in memory only for the current session and is not saved anywhere.
When you use the Copy button, the prompt text is placed on your device clipboard by the Android system so that you can paste it where you want.
If you have Android backup enabled on your device, your device backup may include the app's local data, including your favourites. That backup is controlled by your device and Google account settings, not by us.
Uninstalling the app removes this local data from your device.
All content is downloaded over encrypted HTTPS connections. The database is configured so that the app has read-only access, and write access is restricted to authorised administrator accounts.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app relies on Google Firebase to host and deliver its content.
Some actions hand off to other apps on your device. Rate Us opens the Google Play Store, Email Us opens your email app, and Share opens the Android share sheet so you can choose an app. Those apps and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
When you paste a prompt into an AI image generator, that generator is a separate service that we do not control. Its own privacy policy and terms apply to whatever you submit there.
Royal Prompts is not directed to children under the age of 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will look into it.
Because the app does not collect personal information, there is no personal data held on our servers to retain or delete.
Your favourites remain on your device until you remove them in the app or uninstall the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the app gains new features. When we do, we will update the policy shown on this screen and change the date at the top.
Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
