These Terms of Use govern your use of the Royal Prompts mobile application. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing or using Royal Prompts, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the app.
Royal Prompts provides a curated library of text prompts for AI image generation. You may browse the library, unlock prompts, save favourites, and copy or share prompt text for your own creative work.
The app is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove prompts and features at any time, and we may make the service unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.
The prompts in this app are text instructions. The app does not generate, host or deliver any AI generated image, and it does not connect to any AI image generation service.
The example images shown next to each prompt are illustrations of the kind of result a prompt is designed to produce. Results vary widely between AI tools, model versions and settings, and we do not promise that any prompt will produce a particular image for you.
You are responsible for how you use the prompts and for anything you create with them.
You must comply with the terms, policies and content rules of whichever AI image generator you use, and with the laws that apply to you. You are also responsible for checking whether an image you generate can be used for your intended purpose, including any commercial use.
The Royal Prompts name, app design, layout and the arrangement of the prompt library belong to us and are protected by applicable law.
You may use the prompt text for your own creative projects, including personal and commercial work. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the library itself, in whole or in substantial part, or present it as your own product.
You agree not to use the app or its prompts to create or promote content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes the rights of others.
You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or the services behind it, and not to extract the library in bulk by automated means.
Royal Prompts is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any AI image generation provider.
When you paste a prompt into such a service, you are dealing directly with that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for those services, their output, their availability, their pricing or the rights they grant you over generated images.
The app and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free or free of inaccuracies, or that any particular prompt will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the text shown on this screen and change the date at the top.
Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
